Gaming is one of the best ways for me to decompress, kickback, & relax. My brain runs a mile a minute and sometimes it's hard for me to just shutdown my mind, and "chill." Gaming helps me to escape into another world, and be creative, while relaxing my body and mind at the same time. I know plenty of parents who'd agree that GAMING ROCKS!
